Custom products often include details that are easy to overlook: a phone number, website, name, price, service list, or QR code. Once a design is printed, even a small typo or outdated detail can mean the finished product doesn’t work the way you intended. That’s why we send a proof for your review before production begins.

What to check on your proof

  • Names, spelling, phone numbers, and website addresses
  • Prices, service details, and other wording
  • QR codes and the information they should open
  • Placement, size, colors, and the overall layout
  • Every side or location where the design will appear

A proof is your chance to catch anything that needs correcting before your order moves forward. If you spot a change, let us know before approving it so we can update the design and send a revised proof.

What your approval means

When you approve the proof, you’re confirming that the details and layout are ready to produce. We use that approved version to complete your order. Please review carefully before signing. If a change is needed after approval, contact us as soon as possible. Depending on whether production has started, a change may affect the schedule or require additional work.

Need help developing your design?

You don’t need to arrive with finished artwork. If you have an idea but need help turning it into a workable design, ask us about our client design service. We can develop a concept sheet and help you refine the design before it goes to production.

A careful review helps us make your custom order the way you want it—and gives both of us confidence before printing begins.
