Artwork Uploads
Upload two PNG files—one for the front chest and one for the back. Name your files FRONT.png and BACK.png.
Use 300 DPI or higher at the intended print size.
- Use a transparent background unless you want the background printed.
- Submit the artwork itself, rather than a photograph or mockup of a shirt.
- Include any custom wording in your artwork and double-check spelling.
- Specify left or right chest placement in your order notes, along with any preferred print dimensions or other placement requests.
- Artwork may be scaled to fit the selected shirt size while staying within the listed maximum print dimensions.
Please review our File Preparation Guide before uploading. If we identify an issue with your files, we'll contact you before production. Artwork requiring design or editing work may incur an additional charge, which will be discussed with you first.
Production Time
Most custom shirts are produced within 3 business days after usable artwork is received and any necessary approvals are completed, before shipping. Artwork adjustments, garment availability, or larger orders may require additional time.
Important Information
- Custom products are made to order.
- Please double-check your shirt size, color, spelling, and artwork before submitting your order.
- Your FRONT file will be used for the chest print, and your BACK file will be used for the full back print.
- Print dimensions are maximum sizes. Final dimensions depend on artwork proportions and garment size.
- Colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.
- Custom orders cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
